How do I book a junk removal job?
Three ways: (1) call 903-851-3729 for the fastest response, (2) fill out the quote form on this page, or (3) text us — we monitor texts during business hours. Tell us what needs to go and roughly where you are; we will quote and book on the same call.
What are your hours?
We are open 8 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a week. Calls outside business hours go to voicemail and we return them first thing the next morning.
How fast can you come?
Same-day service is available when you book before 1 PM and our crew has availability. Otherwise we typically schedule next-day or within 48 hours, including weekends.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No — as long as items are accessible (driveway, garage, curb, or unlocked space), we can pick up while you are out. Tell us when you book and we will send before/after photos when the job is done.
How does payment work?
Pay after the job is finished — cash, debit/credit card, or check. No deposit required for residential. Commercial accounts can be set up with Net-15 or Net-30 invoicing.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
Yes. For most jobs we can give a firm price over the phone or text after you describe what needs to go. For larger or unusual jobs (estate cleanouts, hoarding, big commercial cleanouts) we may stop by for a free in-person estimate.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text as soon as you can. There is no fee to reschedule with reasonable notice, and we will get you on the next available slot.
